Refund policy

Accepted, or your money back. If an official government office rejects a photo you bought from us for a reason within our control, we will refund you in full.

Because we check your photo against the official rules before you pay, rejections are rare, and when something can't pass, we tell you to retake it rather than sell you a photo that won't work.
