If a photo has a hard shadow, glare or the wrong expression, we tell you to retake it and explain why. We never fake a fix that could get your application rejected.
Every requirement we check comes from the official government source, linked on each document page.
We check properly, so rejections are rare. If an official office ever rejects our photo, you get a refund.
